 This report is for Sunday, April 14th through Saturday, April 20, 2013
 

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY        Thursday, April 18th, 6:30pm to 9:15pm

2400 Block 231st St  (Arlington to Pennsylvania)

Suspect smashed sliding glass door for entry, ransacked and took property/jewelry.

 

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY        Friday, April 19th, 5:30pm to 11pm

2000 Block 234th St (Cabrillo to Arlington)

Suspect  smashed glass door for entry, ransacked.  Unknown property loss at time of report.

 

Note:  Most of the residential burglaries in our area have been in the daytime.  These two were

in the evening.

 

AUTO – BURGLARY                Sunday, April 14th, 9pm to Monday, April 15th 10:30am

2000 Block 235th (Walnut to Cabrillo)

Suspect pried door lock.  No entry, no loss.

 

AUTO – BURGLARY                Monday, April 15th, 5pm

2400 Block 236th St

Suspect pried door lock.  No entry, no loss.

 

AUTO – THEFT                        Saturday, April 20th, 1pm to 6pm

237th Place and Walnut

Stolen 1998 Nissan Sentra

 

AUTO – THEFT                        Saturday, April 20th, 9pm to Sunday, April 21st 6:50am

233 and Arlington Avenue

Stolen 1998 Nissan Sentra

This report is for Sunday, July 11, 2021 through Saturday, July 17, 2021. 45 incidents reported in the City of Torrance Crime Log at: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/67336/637625553607530000 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 3 in Torrance. 1 each in Southeast Torrance, Old Torrance and the Hillside area. Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence.
