RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY  Wednesday, April 10th  Noon - 8:45PM
2000 Block 235th Place (Walnut - Cabrillo)
Suspect(s) smashed glass of sliding door for entry, ransacked and took
jewelry, paperwork, cash, gun and safe.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY  Thursday, April 11th  Noon - 7PM
1900 Block 234th Street (Walnut - Cabrillo)
Suspect(s) entered unlocked and open window while house was tented
for fumigation.  Ransacked and took property/jewelry.

VANDALISM  Thursday, April 11th, 11AM
Sur La Brea Park Restroom
Suspect(s) tagged restroom interior.

THEFT Wednesday, Aril 10th, 6:45AM to 1PM
235th and Crenshaw
Suspect(s) entered business and took property from locker in employee
room including wallet, iPod and sunglasses.

This report is for Sunday, July 11, 2021 through Saturday, July 17, 2021. 45 incidents reported in the City of Torrance Crime Log at: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/67336/637625553607530000 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 3 in Torrance. 1 each in Southeast Torrance, Old Torrance and the Hillside area. Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence.
