A Total of 9 arrests in Southeast Torrance in March

  Citizen Call on Suspicious Subjects results in 3 arrests   On Friday, March 28, 2014 at approximately 11:55a.m., the Torrance Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of 230 th St and Walnut St.  The caller observed a suspicious vehicle occupied by three subjects repeatedly driving slowly through the area.  The caller provided a good description of the vehicle and its occupants.  The caller also provided the last known direction of travel of the vehicle.   TPD Officers were on scene within minutes and stopped the vehicle.  Officers conducted an investigation and the subjects were arrested for various burglary related
