Sunday, June 24th through Friday, June, 29, 2012

Residential Burglary     Tuesday, June 26th, 2:34AM     2400 Block 231st St ( Pennsylvania-Crenshaw)                     Suspect(s) removed screen and attempted to push open window.
                                      No entry, no loss.

Residential Burglary      Thursday, June 28th, 6AM - 4:20PM     1700 Block 245th St (Western-Falena)                           Suspect(s0 cut screen, entered open window and removed property
                                       including watch, handguns, shotgun.

Robbery - Weapon         Sunday, June 24th,  11:05PM     23800 Block Crenshaw Blvd
  Truck Jacking               Suspects(2) tied up victim  and drove off with 2000
                                       GMC Sierra, cash, cell phone and laptops.  The truck was located on
                                       Wednesday, June 27th in the Compton area.  One suspect was caught
                                       and another drove off in the stolen GMC truck.  The LA County
                                       Sheriff's Office arrested the second suspect on Thursday, June 28th.
                                       Charges include suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on a law
                                       enforcement officer, attempted murder on a law enforcement officer,
                                       carjacking and robbery.

This report is for Sunday, July 11, 2021 through Saturday, July 17, 2021. 45 incidents reported in the City of Torrance Crime Log at: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/67336/637625553607530000 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 3 in Torrance. 1 each in Southeast Torrance, Old Torrance and the Hillside area. Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence. AUTO BURGLARIES There were 5 in Torrance and windows were smashed in 3 vehicles for entry. Items stolen included a wallet, speaker, cash, sunglasses, a key, backpacks, clothes, tablet
