The Torrance City Council will meet on Tuesday, April 19th, in closed session for the following purpose:

Agency Negotiator: LeRoy J. Jackson, City Manager
Negotiating Parties: City of Torrance and Maryann Harwood, Reliant Land Services Inc. for T-Mobile
Under Negotiations: Terms and conditions of lease
SETHA has not been notified by the City of Torrance that a cell phone tower is being proposed by T-Mobile for Sur La Brea Park. We will be watching this very closely because the City of Torrance previously approved a T-Mobile cell phone tower in West Torrance which was adjacent to residential homes. After public outcry, T-Mobile moved the location under the power lines running parallel to 190th Street.
