Mondays, 7PM and Tuesdays, 11AM. No registration - just drop in. 30 Minutes

Kids Knit
All sessions are Tuesdays at 3:30PM. March 11, April 8, May 13
Boys and girls, ages 7 to 10 are invited to join the Southeast Library for an afternoon knitting. Yarn provided but please bring your own knitting needles. Beginners welcome. To register, please call the Southeast Torrance Library at 310 530 5044.

Pizza and Books: A Teen Reading Club
All sessions are Wednesdays at 4PM. March 19, April 16, May 21

Knit Girls 'n Guys
All sessions are Wednesdays at 6PM March 26, April 30, May 28. Call 310 530 5044 to register. Young knitters are invited to the Southeast Library for a fun night of knitting crocheting and hanging out. Yarn and light refreshments provided. Please bring your own knitting needles or crochet hooks.

This report is for Sunday, July 11, 2021 through Saturday, July 17, 2021. 45 incidents reported in the City of Torrance Crime Log at: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/67336/637625553607530000 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 3 in Torrance. 1 each in Southeast Torrance, Old Torrance and the Hillside area. Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence. AUTO BURGLARIES There were 5 in Torrance and windows were smashed in 3 vehicles for entry. Items stolen included a wallet, speaker, cash, sunglasses, a key, backpacks, clothes, tablet
