There was a number of burglaries
last night involving pickup trucks with hard cover lids on the
bed of the vehicle in Southeast
Torrance.
The suspects jammed something into
the locks and forced them open. 4 vehicles were broken
into in the area around 230th Street and Walnut Street. One vehicle had
approximately $3800
dollars worth of work related
equipment.
Remember, leave absolutely nothing
in your car or truck if you have to leave parked outside
even if you keep it locked
regardless if it is day or night. This is not the Torrance we used to
know as the safest city in the
South Bay.
The Weekly Crime Report was not
released yesterday and will not be emailed this week.
