Torrance residents subjected to at least 20 minutes of flaring tonight.

 

This is a link to the Daily Breeze article appearing in the Sunday, October 1st print edition

about how frustrated residents are with the continued flaring.  The local TV stations are

reporting the refinery is only operating at 75% capacity.  At times, the flaring is so loud

it sounds like an aircraft jet engine doing a run up at LAX on a maintenance stand.
