Santa Claus Float Schedule for Southeast Torrance

 The Santa Claus float, sponsored by the Torrance Police Officers Association, is scheduled to be in Southeast Torrance on Thursday, November 29th and Friday, November 30th. The float leaves the Torrance Police Department at 5 PM each night. Thursday, November 29th.  The route will cover the area between Sepulveda Blvd to 239th Street                                                      and from Crenshaw Blvd to Arlington Avenue. This report is for Sunday, November 4, 2018 through Saturday, November 10, 2018. 37 incidents reported and this is the link to the complete Torrance Police Weekly Crime Log: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showdocument?id=46637   RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 5 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance. 2 in North Torrance, 1 each in Southwood Sunray, Riviera and Madrona areas.   AUTO BURGLARIES There were only 5 reported in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.   AUTO THEFT There were 6 stolen vehicles and none in Southeast Torrance.   THEFT There were 12 incidents in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.   11 10 18     3600 Block Torrance Blvd   Suspect entered open business and   wheeled out a dryer. 11  9  18     1700 Block Fern Av    Suspect attached jumper cables to victim’s electrical box in order to steal electricity. 11 8/9 18                          22800 Block Nadine Circle            Suspect took mailbox off wall.
