There were 14 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
 
7 9 19  10:54AM  Sam’s Club Torrance  Suspect takes purse out of unlocked
vehicle as victim is loading her groceries in the vehicle.
7 10 19 4:34PM   Sam’s Club Torrance.  Suspect takes purse out of shopping
cart as victim loads groceries in her vehicle.
7 13 19 9:40AM  Sam’s Club Torrance.  Suspect takes wallet out of vehicle as
victim returns her shopping cart. 
 
AUTO THEFT
There were 4 stolen vehicles in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.

7 10 to 7 11   3500 Block 170th St.  Suspect takes delivered parcel off porch.
 
July 9th  5:50 PM  4200 Block Redondo Beach Blvd.  Suspect defeats lock and takes property out
of gym locker/satchel, wallet , cell phone.
 
July 8th  5200 Block Lorna St.  Suspect takes delivered parcel off porch.

This report is for Sunday, July 11, 2021 through Saturday, July 17, 2021. 45 incidents reported in the City of Torrance Crime Log at: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/67336/637625553607530000 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 3 in Torrance. 1 each in Southeast Torrance, Old Torrance and the Hillside area. Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence.
