Wendy's is coming to Southeast Torrance

Wendy’s is proposing to operate a new Wendy’s fast-casual restaurant that combines
the concepts of full-service and fast food at the site of the former El Paso Cantina
restaurant site at 2404 Sepulveda Blvd at Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast Torrance.

Storm Properties, Inc., the property owner, and the Wendy’s team is inviting residents of Southeast Torrance, to a project presentation on Tuesday, November 14th at 6:30 pm at the Sizzler Restaurant located at 2880 Sepulveda Blvd, Torrance CA  90505.  Food, soft drinks and coffee will be provided.

We certainly appreciate Storm Properties and Wendy’s reaching out to the Southeast Torrance
community on the project.  Keep in mind that this is your opportunity to ask questions and offer comments directly to the project developer.

If you have any questions or comments, please send a email to SoutheastTorranceHOA@yahoo..com
