RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES
There were 5 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
2 in the Hollywood Riviera, 1 in Southwood Sunray, 1 in North Torrance and 1
in Palo del Amo.
 
AUTO BURGLARIES
There were 10 in Torrance and 1 in Southeast Torrance.
Windows were smashed in 5 vehicles for entry and 3 vehicles were unlocked.

Unlocked vehicle and registration was taken.
 
AUTO THEFT
There were 7 stolen vehicles in Torrance and 1 in Southeast Torrance.
11/9/2017  8:15 AM   24200 Block Walnut  1997 GMC Yukon stolen.

Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling for Torrance Residents Only

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
