with 49 incidents.
 
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES
There were 7 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
3 in Walteria, 2 in the Hollywood Riviera, 1 in the Hillside and 1 in Southwood Riviera.
2 of the 3 burglaries in Walteria were between 11 AM and 11:23 AM on November 2nd.
 
AUTO BURGLARIES
There were 14 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
5 vehicles were unlocked and windows were smashed in 5 vehicles for entry.
Items stolen included:  Work ID, registration, insurance, GPS, purses, sunglasses, purse
pouches, laptop, shoes, drill set, tools, jacket, knife, paperwork, FasTrak pass, wallets,
tote bag, clothes, shoes, diaper bag, manual, flashlight, cash.
 
AUTO THEFT
There were 9 stolen vehicles in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
 
THEFT
There were 7 reported incidents and none in Southeast Torrance.
A tailgate was removed from a parked pickup in the 2600 Block of Dalmead St.

Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling for Torrance Residents Only

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
