Angeles office in 2015. It has developed

WENDY’S
Construction is proceeding on the new location at Sepulveda Blvd and

If the current construction schedule is maintained, it is anticipated that
Wendy’s will be opening this month.
To show their appreciation to residents of Southeast Torrance for providing

new restaurant, Wendy’s and SETHA are in discussions for a “soft opening”
of the new drive-through restaurant.
Details will be announced when they are finalized.
PIER 1 IMPORTS
A drive-through restaurant has been proposed for the site of the closed
Pier 1 Imports at 230th and Hawthorne Blvd.
The item is on the Planning Commission agenda for the November 6th
meeting.
