35 incidents were reported.
 
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES
There were 4 in Torrance.  2 in Southeast Torrance, 1 in West Torrance and 1 in North Torrance.
 
Monday, April 9th, 5 PM to 10:30 PM.  2100 Block 236th Street (Cabrillo to Arlington)
Suspect entered residence by unknown means, ransacked and took jewelry & cash.
 
Tuesday, April 10th 7:20 AM to 3:45 PM, 23400 Haas Ave (Haas is 1 block east of Arlington and north of 235th St)
Front door forced open and jewelry stolen.
 
AUTO and TRUCK BURGLARIES
There were 9 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
1 vehicle was unlocked, a third row seat was taken from 1 vehicle and truck bed boxes were entered in two vehicles.
 
AUTO THEFT
There were 4 stolen vehicles in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
 
THEFT
There were 9 incidents and 1 in Southeast Torrance.
 
Friday, April 13th, 5:20PM  24300 Block Walnut St.  Delivered parcel stolen.

This report is for Sunday, July 11, 2021 through Saturday, July 17, 2021. 45 incidents reported in the City of Torrance Crime Log at: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/67336/637625553607530000 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 3 in Torrance. 1 each in Southeast Torrance, Old Torrance and the Hillside area. Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence.
