Attempted Residential Burglary in Southeast Torrance Monday Night February 19th

236th Place between Cabrillo and Arlington
 
Burglar turned off the electricity at the panel and used a ladder
to gain access to a balcony.
 
Neighbors dog barked and most likely scared the burglar away.
 
No information on the burglar.
