COMMENT REVIEW PERIOD, November 2, 2016 to December 19, 2016
 
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The approximately 2.7-acre Project Site is located at the northeast corner
of the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Lomita Boulevard.
 
The Project includes the demolition and removal of the existing equipment rental yard
and the construction of a five story, 223-unit, multifamily residential development.
 
The Project includes approximately 250,510 square feet of residential
uses and approximately 208,379 square feet of parking area (including two levels of subterranean
parking).
 
Of the proposed 223 units, there would be 18 studio units, 131 one-bedroom units, and 74
two-bedroom units.

This report is for Sunday, July 11, 2021 through Saturday, July 17, 2021. 45 incidents reported in the City of Torrance Crime Log at: https://www.torranceca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/67336/637625553607530000 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES There were 3 in Torrance. 1 each in Southeast Torrance, Old Torrance and the Hillside area. Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence. AUTO BURGLARIES There were 5 in Torrance and windows were smashed in 3 vehicles for entry. Items stolen included a wallet, speaker, cash, sunglasses, a key, backpacks, clothes, tablet
