RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES
There were 5 residential burglaries in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
1 in the Hollywood Riviera, 2 in North Torrance and 2 in Old Torrance.
1 residence in North Torrance was tented for fumigation.
 
AUTO BURGLARIES
There were 19 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
 
AUTO THEFT
There were 10 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
6 occurred in daylight hours and 4 after 8PM.

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
