Lomita Fireworks Are Back!

Lomita celebrates 50 years as a City.
On Saturday, June 28th, Lomita will celebrate 50 years as an incorporated City with an event at Lomita Park.  The event will begin at 3PM with community groups selling food and drinks.  Local vendors will also be on hand for food deliveries such as pizza.  A DJ will play music in Lomita Park beginning at 4:30PM and the event will culminate with a fireworks show around 9PM.

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling.
