 Dispose of household hazardous waste and e-waste the right way on Saturday, June 14, 2014.

 Location:  American Honda, 1919 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA
                   Enter from Harper's Ways off of Van Ness Avenue

Time:         9:00AM to 3:00PM, Saturday, June 14, 2014

What you CAN bring to the event:
Brake fluid
Paint thinner
Cleaners with acid or lye
Pesticides or herbicides
Household batteries
Car batteries
Pool Chemicals
Motor Oil
Oil filters
Expired pharmaceuticals
Anti-freeze
Fluorescent light bulbs
Household electronic waste including:
Computer monitors
Televisions
Computer CPU's
Keyboards
Printers
Cell phones, etc

Bring the items in a sturdy box, preferable in their original labeled containers.

Do not mix the items together.

There is a limit of 15 gallons or 125 pounds of hazardous waste per trip.

Put the items in your trunk.  Remove all other items from your trunk.  Be prepared
to leave your containers and boxes.

Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence.
