to get verification of the information. 
 
However, since the email indicates a possible issue of public safety, I am taking the liberty

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
