Three Alarm Fire in Torrance Residential Condominium Complex on Plaza Del Amo


 

Torrance firefighters responded to a 3rd alarm structure fire this morning, Sunday, January 21, 2018,  in a 4 unit condominium complex in the 2800 Block of Plaza Del Amo (between Maple Ave and Crenshaw Blvd).
Firefighters worked hard to control the blaze which rapidly spread to the other units through concealed spaces in the walls as well as through the attic. There are no reported injuries to residents or firefighters.

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling.
