Santa Coming to Southeast Torrance on December 2nd and 3rd


The Torrance Police Santa Float is coming to Southeast Torrance.

 

Wednesday, December 2, 2015  Sepulveda to 239th Street, Crenshaw Blvd to Arlington Avenue

        See map #4 in the attachment for the route.

Thursday,     December 3, 2015  Sepulveda to 242nd Street, Arlington Avenue to Western Avenue

        See map #5 in the attachment for the route.

 

Santa leaves the Torrance Police station at 5PM.  You can track Santa’s float this year

by going to    https://graticule.link/g/#track/77403f87...  So at 5PM you will see Santa flying through Torrance

on his way to Southeast Torrance.  Then the pace slows down once the float makes the various

stops along the way.  This tracker will come in very handy with the chilly evenings.

Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling for Torrance Residents Only

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
