AUTO BURGLARIES There were 13 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance. Items taken included mail, parcels, tablet, tools, electronics, cartons of cigarettes, clothes, chargers, handicap placard, jumper cable, camera, laptop, speaker, backpack, dash camera, backup camera, sunglasses, jumper cables, flashlights, power tools, hand tools, wallet, cell phone, purse, more sunglasses, watch, gloves, figurine, more sunglasses, and duffel. 10 31 2020 2:05 pm 17100 Block Ardath Avenue, Suspect forced open door on US Mail truck and stole mail and parcels. AUTO THEFT There were 12 stolen vehicles in Torrance and 1 in Southeast Torrance. 10 26 2020 23700 Block Western Avenue (Knoll’s Trailer Lodge) 2009 Infiniti G37 stolen. THEFT There were 12 incidents in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance. 6 catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles and 1 delivered parcel stolen from a porch in the 18000 Block of Chanera Avenue. ROBBERY-STRONG ARM 10 25 2020 5:17 pm 21800 Block Hawthorne Blvd Suspects surround victims, declare gang, slap one victim in the face and forcibly take two victims’ hats and jewelry.
