Upcoming Closure of Sepulveda Blvd at Walnut Street for Three Days



Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway has scheduled railroad repair on Sepulveda at
Walnut Street for three days.
Repair Work Begins:        7 am     Friday      September 20, 2019
Repair Work Ends:           5 am    Monday   September 23, 2019
Sepulveda Blvd will be completely closed at Walnut Street to both eastbound and westbound
traffic.  Walnut Street will be completely closed at Sepulveda Blvd to on/off traffic from Sepulveda
Blvd. 
Significant delays are expected and alternate routes will have to be used.

Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling for Torrance Residents Only

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
