“Jose Manuel Salazar, suspected in the shooting at the Del Amo Fashion Center on June 3, was contacted just past 1:15 a.m. by Redondo Beach police officers during a traffic stop. He originally was arrested on suspicion of selling narcotics, Sgt. Ronald Harris of the Torrance Police Department said.”
