Proposed New Hotel in Southeast Torrance May Get Rejected Again

 The Torrance City Council will meet on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 7 PM in the City Council Chambers for a consideration of an appeal of a Planning Commission denial of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a new 28-suite hotel in the C-3 zone at 2320 Sepulveda Blvd.
 
Recommendation of the Planning Commission and Community Development Director that City Council deny the appeal
and adopt a RESOLUTION denying without prejudice a Conditional Use Permit to allow a new 28-suite hotel on property located in the C-3 Zone at 2320 Sepulveda Boulevard.
