The Torrance refinery is discussed broadly starting at 5:15 minutes in this new AQMD video.
It is the only discussion of stationary source pollution in the nine minute documentary.

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
