 The Lomita City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, in the Lomita City Hall Council Chambers, 24300 Narbonne Avenue, to consider the Picerne Lomita Apartments Project.
 
The Project is a five-story, 223-unit, multi-family residential development located at 24000 Crenshaw Blvd, the Northeast corner of Lomita Blvd and Crenshaw Blvd, which is currently occupied by A1 Coast Rentals.  The Shell gas station is not in the project area. 
 
There will be 220 multi-family residential units over one level of subterranean parking with 409 parking spaces.

The two previous meetings on the Project had standing room only response from residents of Lomita and Southeast Torrance.  If you wish to submit a letter or email, the link above has the contact information.
  Please submit your written comments by Wednesday, September 13, 2017 to be sure they are included in material provided to the Council Members prior to the meeting.

Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling for Torrance Residents Only

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling.
