New Traffic Signals in Southeast Torrance

Crenshaw Blvd from Sepulveda Blvd to Skypark Drive and from Pacific Coast Highway to the south city border improvements currently
involve replacement of uplifted or damaged curbs, gutters and sidewalk, landscape upgrades, replacement of signs, upgrades to traffic
signals and then new pavement.  The segment from PCH to the southern border will be the first to be repaved.

Included in the upgrades to the traffic signals in Southeast Torrance are as follows:

235th Street westbound at Crenshaw Blvd,  a new protective permissive left turn signal.  (Installed but not operating)

237th Street  westbound at Crenshaw Blvd,  a new protective permissive left turn signal replacing the existing left turn signal.  (Should be installed this week)

The entire project is due for completion in the Spring of 2017.
