Last night at the Torrance City Council meeting, a number of residents were
clearly upset with the decision to place a PBF Energy Torrance Refinery
Company ad in last week's City of Torrance eNewsletter. Not all residents were allowed to
speak when time ran out and an extension was not given so everyone could speak.

At the start of the meeting, Councilman Kurt Weideman voiced his concern about the incident
and asked for a report from City staff be given at a future Council meeting on the issue.
