Weekly Crime Report for Southeast Torrance


This report is for Sunday, September 20th through Saturday, September 26, 2015
There were 36 incidents reported to Torrance Police during this period.
 
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES
There were 6 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
3 in the Seaside Ranchos area, 1 in Southwood, 1 in Southwood Riveria and 1 in North Torrance.
Windows were open in 2 of the incidents and 1 window was unlocked in another home.
 
AUTO BURGLARIES
There were 15 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
There were two reports of third row seats stolen and one report of a stolen catalytic converter.
 
AUTO THEFT
There was one stolen vehicle in Torrance and that was in the 1800 Block of Plaza Del Amo.

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
