The agenda item follows:

Recommendation of the City Manager that City Council:

We first became aware of the proposed tower in 2012.  The 65 foot tower will have 12 antennas and 6 RRUs camouflaged as a mono-eucalyptus tree.  The ground equipment will be in a 542 square foot structure between the Sur La Brea Park meeting room and the tennis courts.
