Capital Improvement Project in Southeast Torrance

The City of Torrance has awarded a construction contract for work that will generally consist of localized repairs of damaged sidewalks, repair of damaged curbs and driveways and handicap ramp upgrades in Southeast Torrance.  There will also be some associated tree
removal and replacements.  The work has begun and is anticipated to last through March 2019.
The project will be in the area from Sepulveda Blvd on the north to the city limits on the south and from Cabrillo Avenue on the west to Western Avenue on the east in Southeast Torrance.
The contractor will be distributing a flyer in phases as the construction progresses.  However, they will only be distributing flyers to addresses where work is occurring.
We are letting you know now about the project so you will be aware of it. The flyer has contact information if you have any questions about the project.

Shin Furukawa is the City Engineering Manager for the project.
