Subject: SETHA EMAIL - Attempted Break In - Residential Home in Southeast Torrance 9:25AM Tuesday, April 18th

 
SETHA has received an unconfirmed report of an attempted residential break-in
at a residential home in the area of 230th Place and Andreo.  This area is north
of Hull Middle School.
 
Suspect is described as an African-American, Male, early 20’s, white Toyota Prius.
