There were 6 residential burglaries in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
4 were in North Torrance, 1 in Southwood and 1 in Old Torrance.
In one burglary, a door was unlocked and windows were left open in 2 other burglaries.
 
AUTO BURGLARIES
There were 7 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
 
STOLEN VEHICLES
There were 3 in Torrance and 1 in Southeast Torrance.

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
