BURGLARY - SCHOOL  11/30/12 5PM to 12/3/12 7:20AM  Howard Wood Elementary School 2200 Block 235th Street    Suspect(s) entered classrooms and cafeteria by unknown means.  Ransacked and took property including laptop, printer, CD player, tablet and food.

NO RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES FOR THREE WEEKS

AUTO - THEFT  11/26/12 8PM   1900 Block 233rd Street ( Walnut-Cabrillo)  Stolen 2002 Ford Pickup

AUTO - THEFT  12/1/12 11:07AM  23000 Block Arlington            Stolen 1999 Honda Passport

AUTO - BURGLARY 11/26/12 6PM - 11/27/12 8:30AM  2300 Block 236th St (Arlington - Pennsylvania Avenue)    Suspect(s0 entered vehicles by unknown means.  Ransacked vehicle and took property/coin purse and wallets.

Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling for Torrance Residents Only

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
