This report is for Sunday, November 8th through Saturday, November 14, 2015
55 incidents were reported to Torrance Police during this period.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES

There were 5 in Torrance and none in Southeast Torrance.
4 were in North Torrance and 1 in Delthorne.
A front door was unlocked in one burglary and a window left open in another.

AUTO BURGLARIES

There were 11 in Torrance and 1 was in Southeast Torrance.

Friday, 11/13/15, 8 PM to 11/14/15 7 AM  2400 Block 239th St
Suspect entered unlocked vehicle and stole cash and key to steal victim’s other vehicle,
a 2014 Mercedes Benz C250.

AUTO THEFT

There were 10 stolen vehicles in Torrance and 3 were in Southeast Torrance.

11/14/15 8 PM to 11:30 PM           24200 Block Walnut Street       99 Ford Van stolen
11/13/15 8 PM to 11/14/15 7 AM 2400   Block 239th Street          14 Mercedes Benz C250

In Lomita there was 1 residential burglary and there were 5 in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Paper Shredding and Electronics Recycling for Torrance Residents Only

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
