RESIDENTIAL BURGLARIES         None reported for this period in Southeast Torrance.

 AUTO BURGLARIES                         There were 15 auto burglaries in Torrance and two of them were in Southeast Torrance.

January 31, 2013 8:24AM  236th and Arlington  Suspect(s) enter two unlocked vehicles, ransacked
them and took GPS, IPod and other property.

January 27th 8:30PM to January 28th 1:30AM   1900 Block 237th Place (Walnut - Cabrillo)
Suspect(s) entered unlocked vehicle and took wallet, GPS, IPod.

SIMPLE BATTERY        February 2, 2013 1AM       2100 Block 235th St (Cabrillo - Arlington)
Suspect grabs victim's hair from behind, causing victim to fall backward and suspect then shoves
her hand in victim's throat, causing the victim to lose consciousness.

STRONG ARM ROBBERY    January 27, 2013 11:45PM 231st St and Dana Ct (North of Hull)
Suspect flags down victim, asks for directions, punches victim in the face and takes his property,
M/C, cash.

Southeast Torrance 7 12 5PM 2400 Block 235th Place Suspect entered open garage, entered residence via open access door, fled when resident yelled at him. No property loss Old Torrance 7 12 1AM 800 Block Portola Ave Suspected entered residence via unlocked door and fled when victim woke up in the bedroom. Hillside 7 16 2:44AM 2500 Ridgeland Rd Glass Panel removed to unlock door for entry, Suspects fled when victim awoke, screamed and chased them out of the residence. AUTO BURGLARIES There were 5 in Torrance and windows were smashed in 3 vehicles for entry. Items stolen included a wallet, speaker, cash, sunglasses, a key, backpacks, clothes, tablet
