10 13 11 7:30PM - 10 14 11 2PM  23300 Block Arlington Ave  Suspect takes locked property from parking garage/bicycle

City of Torrance Public Works is holding an Earth Day recycling event for free paper shredding and electronics recycling. Saturday, August 21, 2021 8 a.m. - noon Torrance City Hall East Employee Parking Lot (near Torrance Courthouse off Maple Avenue) The Recycling Event is for TORRANCE RESIDENTS ONLY.
