A flyer has been distributed around Hull Middle School notifying residents that on Friday, October 15, 2010 concrete will be poured for the new foundation beginning at 5AM.  Mark your calendars and avoid 231st Street between Cabrillo and Arlington.

 Herald Publications will be delivering a free newspaper to Torrance residents in the 90501,90503 and 90505 zip codes on the 4th or 5th of November 2010.  It will be a weekly paper with 16 to 25 pages with just local Torrance news. The website, http://www.heraldpublications.com/ , will be available on Saturday, October 9th.  Herald Publications currently publishes the El Segundo Herald, Manhattan Beach Sun, and three other local papers.
